2025 Registration Information

Conference Registration is OPEN

SSWAAZ is opening registration early to allow ample time for individuals to plan and for Districts to submit Purchase Orders. Please note that our breakout workshop schedule will be finalized mid-November and registered participants will be invited to select breakout sessions at that time.

Conference registration fees will increase after January 17, 2025.

Registration is a 3-step process:  

Step 1: Complete the registration form.

Step 2: Complete the payment option and submit payment.

Step 3: Once available, complete breakout workshop selections.


Registration Procedures and Policy  

Conference Registration: All conference registration and payment will be processed on our conference website. Conference registration fees can be paid by Purchase Order, Check or by Credit/Debit (PayPal) processing.  Please note that registrations are not complete until payment or Purchase Order is received. 

Conference registration will close on February 10th, 2025, at 5:00 PM MST. 

*All purchase orders need to be received by February 10th, 2025, by 5:00 PM MST to sswaazboard@gmail.com.  

Cancellations and RefundsAll cancellations must be submitted to sswaazboard@gmail.com no later than February 10th, 2025. There will be no refunds after February 10th, 2025.
